🇮🇩 🧭 Alur Pengajuan dan Pelaksanaan Sidang Tesis

Tahap 1: Pengisian FRS (Formulir Rencana Studi)
Mahasiswa wajib melakukan pengisian FRS di Student Portal sesuai program studi:

• MSP & MHI: Ambil mata kuliah Tesis
• MAB: Ambil mata kuliah Usulan Penelitian Tesis

Tahap 2: Pengajuan Pembimbing Tesis

1. Unduh Form Tesis-01A di website FISIP:
   https://fisip.unpar.ac.id/tesis/2/ → Tab Pengajuan Pembimbing
2. Isi form dan dapatkan tanda tangan digital dari:
   • Calon pembimbing
   • Kepala Program Studi (Kaprodi)
3. Unggah Form Tesis-01A melalui Google Form Pengajuan Pembimbing Tesis

SK Pembimbing akan diproses oleh administrasi dan dikirim ke email student UNPAR

🇬🇧 🧭 Thesis Defense Submission and Execution Flow

Step 1: Study Plan Registration (FRS)
Students must complete their Study Plan (FRS) via the Student Portal according to their study program:

• MSP & MHI: Register for the course Thesis
• MAB: Register for the course Thesis Research Proposal

Step 2: Thesis Supervisor Assignment

1. Download Form Tesis-01A from the FISIP website:
   https://fisip.unpar.ac.id/tesis/2/ → Tab Supervisor Assignment
2. Complete the form and obtain digital signatures from:
   • Proposed Supervisor
   • Head of Study Program (Kaprodi)
3. Upload the completed form via the Thesis Submission Google Form

The Supervisor Assignment Letter (SK Pembimbing) will be processed by the academic administration and sent to the student’s UNPAR email.

• 1️⃣ TESIS-02A – Formulir Pengajuan Seminar I (Rancangan Penelitian Tesis) (download, lengkapi isiannya serta ditandatangan lengkap oleh pembimbing – Penguji dan unggah pada Gform pengajuan sidang 1)
• 2️⃣ Gform Pengajuan Sidang 1 (Rancangan Penelitian Tesis)

🇮🇩 Tahap 3: Pengajuan Sidang 1 – Seminar Rancangan Tesis

✅ Prasyarat Sidang 1:

• MSP & MAB: Tidak ada prasyarat khusus
• MHI:
  • Telah lulus 36 SKS
  • Telah lulus mata kuliah Seminar dan Kolokium

📌 Langkah-langkah:

1. Unduh Form Tesis-02A di website FISIP:
   https://fisip.unpar.ac.id/tesis/2/ → Tab Sidang 1
2. Isi form dan dapatkan tanda tangan digital dari:
   • Pembimbing
   • Penguji
   • Kaprodi

🇬🇧 Step 3: Thesis Defense Stage 1 – Thesis Proposal Seminar

✅ Eligibility Requirements:

• MSP & MAB: No specific prerequisites
• MHI:
  • Minimum of 36 credits (SKS) completed
  • Passed Seminar and Colloquium courses

📌 Procedure:

1. Download Form Tesis-02A from the FISIP website:
   https://fisip.unpar.ac.id/tesis/2/ → Tab Sidang 1
2. Complete the form and obtain digital signatures from:
   • Supervisor
   • Examiner
   • Head of Study Program

Upload the completed form via the Google Form for Thesis Proposal Seminar Submission

• 2️⃣ GForm Pengajuan Sidang 2 (Seminar Hasil Penelitian)

🇮🇩 Tahap 4: Pengajuan Sidang 2 – Seminar Hasil Penelitian

📌 Langkah-langkah:

1. Unduh Form Tesis-03A di website FISIP:
   https://fisip.unpar.ac.id/tesis/2/ → Tab Sidang 2
2. Isi form dan dapatkan tanda tangan digital dari:
   • Pembimbing
   • Penguji
   • Kaprodi

🇬🇧 Step 4: Thesis Defense Stage 2 – Research Results Seminar

📌 Procedure:

1. Download Form Tesis-03A from the FISIP website:

2. Complete the form and obtain digital signatures from:
   • Supervisor
   • Examiner
   • Head of Study Program

Upload the completed form via the Google Form for Research Results Seminar Submission

• 2️⃣ GForm Pengajuan Sidang 3 (Sidang Akhir Tesis)

🇮🇩 Tahap 5: Pengajuan Sidang 3 – Sidang Akhir Tesis

📌 Langkah-langkah:

1. Unduh Form Tesis-04A di website FISIP:
   https://fisip.unpar.ac.id/tesis/2/ → Tab Sidang 3
2. Isi form dan dapatkan tanda tangan digital dari:
   • Pembimbing
   • Penguji
   • Kaprodi

🇬🇧 Step 5: Final Thesis Defense

📌 Procedure:

1. Download Form Tesis-04A from the FISIP website:
   https://fisip.unpar.ac.id/tesis/2/ → Tab Sidang 3
2. Complete the form and obtain digital signatures from:
   • Supervisor
   • Examiner
   • Head of Study Program
3. Upload the completed form via the Google Form for Final Thesis Defense Submission

✅ Important Notes:

• The earliest possible date for the thesis defense is five (5) working days after the submission of the Google Form.

Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are not considered working days.
